So I search in the Google and finally got a trick to run metro application in a low resolution display laptop.

Since the metro applications in Windows 8.1 is made only for High Resolution Display Laptop, you cannot run its metro applications in Laptop having Low resolution Display but by changing some registry value in the registry editor you can run it without any problem.

So here is the steps to change the registry value:

step 1: Open Registry editor
To open click start then type regedit and click regedit

Step 2: Navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / Current Control Set / Control / Class / {4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} / 0000
Open DWORD : Display1_DownScalingSupported change value to 1

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / Current Control Set / Control / Class / {4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} / 0001
Open DWORD : Display1_DownScalingSupported  change value to  1

If you find more than two entry of Display1_DownScalingSupported, change all of its  value to 1

(Ignore if the keys is not available, or you can make it yourself)

Restart your computer and check the screen resolution, you will see your screen resolution is increased and now you can able to run metro applications.

This method is depending on the Graphic Card you are using and can lead to broken components, I am not responsible for any damage.
